How to prepare your seed pods for shipment

The best way to send your pods is to put each pod in a paper envelope with the number that assigns the pod written on the pod and the envelope. Never put pods in plastic bags as this creates conditions for contamination. Put the paper envelopes in a box so they do not get crushed in the mail. Always include how many mother flasks and how many final flasks (replates) you want to be made. It may be helpful to include the genus of the pod. It is up to you if you would like to give us the cross infromation for the pod. If you do, we will record it in our records, but we will not share that information with others. Also, it is best, but not ncessary, to send your material so that it arrives earlier in the week. Finally, most importantly, do not send any material until you have approval.
